Not happy with an item? You can return it within 7 days of delivery.

• The item is unused and in its original packaging.
• Underwear, cosmetics that have been opened and perishable goods cannot be returned.

How to return

Contact us with your order number. We will arrange a pickup and refund you to the mobile money number or card you paid with within 5 working days of receiving the item.
