How long does delivery take?
Most orders in major cities (Kampala, Lusaka, Kigali, Dar es Salaam and others) arrive the same day or next day. Upcountry deliveries take 1–3 days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery in Zambia costs K 50, and it is free on orders over K 1,000.
How can I pay?
You can pay with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Zamtel Money, a debit or credit card, or cash on delivery.
Can I order without an account?
Yes. Check out as a guest and use your order number and phone number on the Track order page.
How do returns work?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange a pickup.
Can I change my country?
Yes. Tap the flag at the top of the screen. Prices, delivery fees and payment options change to match the country you are shopping in.
How do I sell on CheapSnatch?
Open a free seller account from the Sell page. After approval you can list products from the Seller centre and get paid to mobile money.
